Meet the Founders

At the heart of ScholarPath are two passionate educators, Jessyca Tierney-Smith, M.Ed., and Amber Gonzales, M.Ed. Their shared mission is rooted in four generations of educators and inspired by their grandmother, a trailblazer who defied gender stereotypes by studying chemistry at Columbia University long before women were widely welcomed in higher education, let alone in the sciences.

Together, they aim to help every student see college not as a question mark, but as an open door.
